I would like that copy. It was originally written by my great grand fathers brother at the request of his friend and secretary of the Navy Franklin D Roosevelt for training military and coast guard on use of the water. My great great uncle then went on to establish the US Power Squardirans later. I only met him one but don't remember as I was 2 when he died. It was required reading when my dad attended college at the coast guard academy. His copy was personally signed. :)
