Ryan McGregor signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Arizona Coyotes on Thursday. Financial terms were not released.
The 21-year-old forward had 68 points (27 goals, 41 assists) in 52 games for Sarnia of the Ontario Hockey League this season, and 228 points (90 goals, 138 assists) in 286 OHL games, all with Sarnia. He was the team's captain the past two seasons.
Selcted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the sixth round (No. 172) of the 2017 NHL Draft, McGregor played four games for Toronto of the American Hockey League in 2018-19.
