Mesa ARC Server move is completed

With the enabling of IPV6 support, the server move is completed. Thanks
for your cooperation and please remember to join us for our monthly
meeting this Wednesday at 6:30pm at the Mesa utilities building. We
will be discussing what privileges technicians have on HF and what can
be done for HF DX if one knows how to do it with a technician class license.
