VCV is definitely no-go for a tour. They are anti-photography inside
the fence.
No tour is really needed there for many of the aircraft. Photography can
easily be had through/over the fence for those closeby.

able to attend Airliners International 2014 LAX, we are working on a
variety of tours that might include VCV. Email me privately if you
have any questions.
The best way to get inside VCV is to visit one of the area flight
schools and have them take you there for a few take-offs and landings.
Many of the flight instructors are familiar with aircraft
photographer/spotters requesting flights into/over the boneyards.
