Due to high fire danger, Fire Restrictions are in place. Designated Campgrounds are open to having campfires. We are in a designated campground so we are ok right now. However, we, as a club want to be responsible humans. So campfires will be only in the fire ring. We shall put the fire out before going to bed. We will keep fire wood away from the fire. We will make sure that our gas cans are kept away from any and all open flames as well.
This is still in flux, which means they might say ALL campfires are banned. Plan as if that is the case. Make sure you bring a camp stove to cook your meals. NO cooking on the campfire will be permitted just in case this changes.--
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.Mark Twain
