Antti Raanta returned to the lineup against the Minnesota Wild on Wednesday.
The goalie had missed 11 games because of a lower-body injury.
Raanta is 5-4-2 with a 3.20 GAA, and .913 save percentage in 11 games (10 starts) this season.
The Coyotes are without goalie Darcy Kuemper, who has missed 18 games with a lower-body injury.
"The past four or five days was more positive, but a little bit of a setback," coach Rick Tocchet said of Kuemper. "I don't know when he's going to be back. He obviously won't be back today or Saturday (against the St. Louis Blues) but we'll see next week sometime. He's trying his hardest to get himself ready, and the same for 'Raants'."
Adin Hill had started 10 straight games prior to rookie Ivan Prosvetov playing in a 4-2 loss to the Colorado Avalanche on Monday.
