Ian,
      The minimum setback for an accessory structure at 1074 Wyo Road is 10 foot and the structure must be in the rear of the home.  No structure can cross over a property line and must meet the minimum setback requirement for your zoning area.

Can you reply saying that I cannot put the building at 1074 Wyo due to infringement of the property at 1092 that is what Carport Central needs.

                I've attached a copy of your deed and the Environmental Health On Site Waste Water application (I couldn't recall if I sent it to you before).  They will also need a site plan to include where your septic is and where you intend to put the building.  You can complete the waste water application and email it to ccrews@daviecountync.gov.  They do require payment prior to processing the application and they have an online payment process but I don't know the steps to get to it.  Connie Crews would be able to help you with all of that.
