We flew over Marana on 19 October and are struggling to identify some of
the aircraft stored on the airfield - particularly the line of 747s at the southern
end of the airfield ( that included Korean, Nippon Cargo and Aerosur examples
as well as some all white ).
Do you happen to have photographs of these aircraft I could look at ?
On my flight I was sat on the left and we overshot from the north so I have clear
images of all the left hand side aircraft but very little of what was on the right
and of course that is the busiest area of the airfield !!
If you can e-mail me any images from the right hand side of the airfield I would
be very grateful !!

I have read the report about this place being Fort Knox and they were no kidding!! Didn't read anything off due to not getting close, armed security at the gate, lack of access on local roads and heat haze!
So, spread my wings and flew over. It's a big task and also a big ask for help!! My pilot said that she has took up quite a few aviation photographers in the last few days and even have a couple more flights after me!! So, I'm hoping that someone was on these flights who is a member.
It was my first go at aerial photography and did not too bad but, disappointingly the photos of the aircraft on the far side didn't come out as expected. I guess this was due to the sun!
We just did orbits around the field as our pilot said that there was possibility they would ask us to did a full stop and this would mean not only your photos taken but, your camera as well!!
Hope someone can help
