The 'MD facing east large "A" colour scheme on tail and DE on tail?' is most likely N375MS ex Austral LV-BDE. It's two years since I saw it and it may have moved but the description matches perfectly. Also I'm not sure whether your 'White' B767 refers to the paint or the airline. In early 2013, parked among the B767s was a White (airline) A313 with White on the tail and red engine cowls, reg CS-TKI. The only Continental MD82 I saw there was N14810; it was minus engines and in the old CO c/s of white upper and grayish lower fuselage with a gold cheat line between.
