Ok I went out and bought two cases of water and two things of small bags of chips.

Right now we are at about 50 people and it's only Tuesday.  Chances are there will be another few more stragglers.

What I need is a list of people who are willing to bring something in and donate it to the club for this.  I can go down to Costco in the next week or so and pick up Soda and maybe some water.  Is there someone else that is willing to donate some items to this?  If so, email me back with what you are willing to do.  We also need help with setup.  It would be great to have everyone there around 6pm or so.  Since I work up till 6pm it's going to be a little tough making it by 6pm myself, so if someone else would be willing to try and get there around 6pm to help start the process that would be awesome.
