If that IS the airframe, that would make it N610CS. Has it been painted incorrectly?

Aircraft pictured is ex- 4X-EKE, you can tell by the paint-job. 4K-EKD was very faded/patchy on the tail, whereas 4X-EKE had a re-paint more recently.

Planebase shows N538CC stored at Latacunga and is a -400 ex HL7508
