[cactuswings 2342] SECOND USE OF CIVILIAN AIRFRAMES FOR GROUND TRAINING

Paul

You might have got more answers to this if you had started a new topic, rather than post a reply to one of Dave R's Movement reports - that means the title does not show on the group web-site.

For those of you who have missed Paul's original request, check under Dave's first post of June.

But at least I'm not just having a moan!.  The latest edition of "Survivors" published in 2012 by the Gatwick Aviation Society and authored by Roy Blewett, covers all remaining airframes for "older generation transports" with a first flight before 1965.  So this will cover a lot of the larger GI airframes.

Air-Britain's Business Jets and Business Turboprops production listings will also detail known examples with training schools.
