We were there a couple of weeks ago and security were very friendly. I was told by the mini bus tour driver last year that the only unfriendly person was the one who has the compound in the middle of the field who is trying to stop the tours.

Do you think the tire puncture was something deliberately placed on the dirt track ? I've heard stories that they are trying to prevent spotters from driving the fence line ? My last time there I would walk every 1/10 if a mile of the dirt track before driving it just for that reason .
