RE: [cactuswings 2627] Marana

Actually I seem to recall being with someone on a tour who asked in all
seriousness whether said Eastern 727's were likely to fly in the near
future!

Reminds me of a 'gag' shot at a slide show decades ago: A much-parted-out
Eastern 727 shot at Marana to which the slide photographer quipped: "Here's
the Eastern flight I was on last week".
As far as the 'boneyard' (AMARC) goes, Pima Air & Space Museum offers
weekend bus tours of the facility during the cooler months of the year.
