SEA (10/29/2012)
----------------
A very early departure from Sea-Tac meant that not much went in the book although there were lots of aircraft apparently stranded by Hurricane Sandy (since when have there been two US Airways 757s at Sea-Tac?!)
US Airways 752 N201UU
US Airways 752 N936UW
…plus lots of Alaska Airlines 737s, parked everywhere!
ATL (10/29/2012)
----------------
The visit was very short, with just enough time to get from one flight to another. There were a LOT of aircraft parked up, more victims of Hurricane Sandy, and noticeably fewer aircraft at gates. Departure from the T Terminal meant that (3) American Eagle CRJ700s were noted along with (2) American MD-80s.
Delta 752 N900PC winglets
Delta M90 N957DN at Delta TechOps
Silver Airways SF3 N442XJ full c/s
United Express CR7 N507MJ still in Stephen Wolf c/s!
…plus several Delta DC-9s and (2) 767s of Omni Air International.
SDF (10/29/2012)

Louisville often provides an unexpected surprise or two and this visit was no different.
Delta Connection ERJ N572RP #8572
Frontier 319 N933FR
IBC Airways SF3 N431BC
762 N767VA parked; no longer up to no good?!
762 N769VA alongside sister ship, also a very faint reg.
…plus (5) United Express Embraer RJs, some perhaps parked up due to Sandy.
SDF (10/30/2012)

I was able to do a quick circuit of the north end of the field and stumbled across an absolute gem, possibly my sighting of the year – a Dart-powered Convair. How many of these can there be left in the world? Also, on the west side of the field there is a new railroad overpass that provides decent views of the Compass/Republic hangar areas plus, in the distance, the UPS facility.
Ameriflight BE1 N575G
Ameristar DFL N158TW
DSM CVR XAUNH absolutely gorgeous!!!!
United Express ERJ N802HK full c/s, in front of Compass hangar
United Express ERJ N839HK light blue c/s, also at Compass
…plus the IBC Saab and the Vision 767s seen yesterday.
MEM (11/1/2012)
---------------
This was my first visit to Memphis since 2009 and it was depressing to see how this hub has shriveled up in terms of passenger airplanes. On a positive note, one side of the Y shaped main concourse was closed for what appeared to be a complete replacement of the ramp concrete – maybe there's hope for the future. Sadly, there was not much/anything of any interest airplane-wise seen here during my ~45 minute connection.

There was nothing at the Mesa hangar (possibly the former Mesa hangar?) and the airport here was pretty quiet.
