Conference room and Meeting Schedule 2013, tentative

Just called Miki. Given the size of the club and it's growth rate, we
need to move into the large room. We have officially outgrown the room
we have been in since we originally booked it in 2010 under the name
"Superstition ARC Activities Committee". She is holding this spot for
us until we can get the paperwork completed and sent back next Monday.

This means that the meeting MUST move from Tuesdays to Thursdays due to
lack of availability of the large room on Tuesdays. This will also move
us away from the District 18 monthly meetings that often and very loud
and distracting. The 4th Thursday of each month is free and being held
for us.

The tentative plan is to reserve the room for the 4th Thursday of every
month with the exception to the months we hold our three annual weekend
camping trips (i.e. Feb, June or ARRL Field Day, and October).

I am still taking input as this is not finalised until Monday at 8AM
when we sign the new contract with the city. Please, if there is a
concern about any of these changes, this is the time you need to speak up!

25-Apr Saturday Trip to TMM and giant HF discone antenna

24-Aug Saturday Arizona Science Center
26-Sep Thursday Meeting
26-Oct Saturday Oktoberfest camping trip day 1
27-Oct Sunday Oktoberfest camping trip day 2
28-Nov Thursday Meeting
*December Thursday Meeting (Depends on Availability)


* We need to move the Dec 26th meeting due to xmas. Possible dates are
Thur Dec 5th, 12th or 19th depending on room availability.
