Hi
I was at Roswell in 2010 and posted these shots on Flickr

On return home, I tried to both post a log, and some pictures and I tried to this three times, but on each occasion nothing ever appeared on the Web site. I was obviously doing something incorrect, but I found it so frustrating that I gave up.
I'm going back to Victorville, Kingman and Mojave this month, so if while I'm away somebody could perhaps tell me where I may have been going wrong, then I'll try again when I get back. The pictures were not of a huge size, some 400Kb so I'm hoping that wasn't a problem?
Any help gratefully received and hoping that this email makes it through ?
John.

Subject: Re: [cactuswings 2112] LOG: Kingman 22 January
I have a question , most of us on here follow tail numbers
And aircraft movement through out the country. Cactus-wings used to be a photo sharing group when Terry Nash ran it.
So my real question is , when you all travel to these boneyards like I do, do you ( any member ) take photographs while jotting down tails? I ask only because the last time I posted a link here for aircraft images new n old, my site was hit with 144 views in a matter of minutes.
If you ( any member ) does take images to log all tails.
Why aren't they shared? There are a few notable members
Who do share , but I find it hard to believe people don't take images as they log.
I can't remember the last time I saw images on here from
mhv, vcv, igw, mzj, igm, pmd, sbd,& row.
I myself have posted images from meb, opf, fll,Mia,
MLB , bqk,vqq,dhn,mco,ria,iad,tup,gwo,
Slf , sav, crest view -Tom sikes, tpa, and many
more airfields . I feel as though the contributions of other photographers is not being shared or that no one is doing it anymore.
Does anyone feel the same?

There have been a few requests for info from Kingman so here is my log from a visit on 22 January, the first of a number of storage fields visited that week. This is a complete log of all stored airliners, although there are a few oddballs such as a stored Gulfstream, a DC4 (I think) and some active props but I don't have that log to hand. Note that N700LE and N701MH are tucked away in the hangar.
