NEW YORK – On Wednesday, June 24, NHL stars past and present – including members of the 2015 Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks – and hockey fans from the world of entertainment will join host Rob Riggle and musical performer Daughtry for the 2015 NHL Awards, a special salute to the best regular-season players and performances from the 2014-15 season, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The two-hour primetime awards show will broadcast live at 7:00 p.m. ET / 4:00 p.m. PT on NBCSN in the U.S. and Sportsnet in Canada. Tickets to the 2015 NHL Awards – which include admission to both the Awards show and the full Daughtry concert immediately following – are available for purchase at any MGM Resorts box office location or online at www.mgmgrand.com or www.ticketmaster.com.
Shortly after winning their third Stanley Cup championship in six years, Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews and goaltender Corey Crawford will make a special appearance.
This year's scheduled presenters also include former NHL players Daniel Alfredsson, Bill Guerin, Pat LaFontaine, Ted Lindsay, Trevor Linden, Mark Messier and Cam Neely as well as broadcasters Anson Carter, Nick Kypreos, George Stroumboulopoulos and Kathryn Tappen.
Lindsay and Messier will announce the winners of their namesake awards – the Ted Lindsay Award, honoring the most outstanding player in the regular season as judged by members of the NHL Players' Association (NHLPA), and the Mark Messier NHL Leadership Award presented by Bridgestone, which recognizes a player who leads by positive example through on-ice performance, motivation of team members, and a dedication to community activities and charitable causes.
Television, movies, music and sports stars Kix Brooks, Colin Hanks, Matthew Modine, Russell Peters, Amy Purdy, Retta, Kevin Smith and Tiësto also will present.
Montreal Canadiens defenseman and James Norris Memorial Trophy finalist P.K. Subban will serve as host of the Samsung NHL Social Lounge backstage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, offering fans at home exclusive access to the festivities and real-time trending information on Twitter. And, for the first time, fans will be able to cast their vote via Twitter among three top social media moments from the 2014-15 season. The winning moment will be unveiled during the live broadcast.

Ray Chew, musical director for Dancing with the Stars, and house band The Hat Tricks will entertain the audience throughout the show.
EA SPORTS will unveil its Cover Athlete for the upcoming launch of NHL 16.
About the 2015 NHL Awards
The 2015 NHL Awards will honor the best regular-season players in a wide range of categories, including most valuable player (Hart Memorial Trophy), outstanding goaltender (Vezina Trophy), outstanding defenseman (James Norris Memorial Trophy) and outstanding rookie (Calder Memorial Trophy), among others.
The 2015 NHL Awards marks the first year the event will be held at the MGM Grand, the seventh year of a successful partnership with Las Vegas and the sixth time the NHL will honor the best hockey players in the world and top performances of the season in the city.
