{coyotes} NHL All-Stars see themselves in 'South Park' form

They're goin' on down to the 2017 Honda NHL All-Star Game and gonna have themselves a time!

In what may very well be the coolest All-Star Game poster of all time, each NHL All-Star got his own likeness drawn in the style of the long-running animated classic "South Park."

Standing on the ice in front of them are Kenny, Cartman, Stan and Kyle, the main characters on the show.

"South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have done work with the Los Angeles Kings in the past, including messages for Kings fans from Cartman and Kenny on the scoreboard, and, with the All-Star Game taking place in Los Angeles this year, the poster was a natural fit.

And while both have been known to frequent the Staples Center, it is South Park producer Frank Angone who is a diehard Kings fan. The show and team have teamed up for projects for almost as long as the show has been on the air, since August of 1997.

The poster made the rounds on Twitter on Saturday during the 2017 Coors Light NHL All-Star Skills Competition.

Each player received the poster and a framed picture of themselves in character.
