On driving past a scrapyard in Kingman on 9th March 2013, that lies on Route 66, just West of the Airfield, there were two identifiable fuselages present.
N337SW B.737-3H4 c/n 23959, Ex Southwest, lying on its side, fuselage only.
N511PT DC-9-87 c/n 49610 Ex Spanair (EC-JSU, LN-RMK ), very mangled in three or more pieces.
The c/n are assumed from previous records and were not checked.
Regards,
John Wildman.
