COYOTES (14-18-4) at STARS (16-14-5)

TV: FS-A PLUS, FS-SW

Season series: The Dallas Stars are attempting to complete a season sweep of the Arizona Coyotes. Stars forward Tyler Seguin had a two-goal game in the opening win, and defenseman John Klingberg and forward Cody Eakin scored 33 seconds apart early in the third period to spark a three-goal rally nine days later.

Coyotes team scope: For the second time this season, Arizona has won three in a row. The Coyotes will attempt to put together their first four-game win streak since a run of five straight from Oct. 26-Nov. 5, 2013. Goalie Devan Dubnyk has made 91 saves on 95 shots (.958 save percentage) during the streak. Dubnyk has nine wins, a 2.49 goals-against average and .925 save percentage in 17 games after winning 11 times with a 3.43 GAA and .891 save percentage in 34 games last season for the Edmonton Oilers and Nashville Predators. Defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson is tied for the NHL lead with five game-winning goals after he had the decisive score in a 4-2 win Monday against the Philadelphia Flyers. Ekman-Larsson has six goals this month, the first Coyotes defenseman to do so since the franchise moved to Arizona in 1996, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

Stars team scope: Six wins in seven games has lifted Dallas out of the basement in the Central Division and closer to a wild-card spot for the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Goalie Kari Lehtonen, who owns the Stars' two wins against the Coyotes this season, is 5-1-0 with a 2.47 GAA and .914 save percentage in his past seven starts. "After a little bit of a rough start it's nice to be able to help the team and really make a difference in the games," Lehtonen told the Stars website. "That's my job and I am glad I've been able to do it lately. Hopefully, I can continue that same thing." Defenseman Jordie Benn wasn't at practice Tuesday. Jamie Oleksiak took his place on a pairing with Jason Demers. "Jordie is nursing a little bit of an injury," coach Lindy Ruff said. "We are just giving him a little bit of maintenance time."
