Fwd: ARRL Legislative Update Newsletter Issue # 7

This is both Good News and Bad News.  Bad news is, it hasn't passed through this Congress.  However, it's slated to be back during next year.  Keep writing your Congressman and Senator.  Keep this on the table till it's passed.

Remember this is the bill that will prevent HOA's from restricting your rights to antennas.  This is important for Hams everywhere regardless if you live in an HOA or not.  The reason I say this is you never know when your city or town might try passing something similar.
