The Winnipeg Jets will be without forward Mathieu Perreault when they host the Arizona Coyotes on Tuesday (8 p.m. ET; FS-A, TSN3) in their final game before the All-Star break.
Perreault, the Jets' third-leading scorer with 31 points (seven goals), left a 3-1 loss to the New Jersey Devils on Saturday with a lower-body injury.
"His tests turned out to be fairly positive, so we're hopeful that he's a player out of the break," coach Paul Maurice told the Jets website.
Forward Bryan Little, who leads the Jets with 15 goals and is second with 38 points, left practice early Tuesday with an undisclosed ailment.
"If he loosens up he's fine for tomorrow; if not, we'll see," Maurice said.
The Jets expect to get forward Mark Scheifele back after he missed seven games with a lower-body injury. Scheifele has 12 goals and 23 points in 37 games.
