Hi Barry,
Check out...
http://goo.gl/maps/LIXPt
and zoom in along the runway.
It looks to be a rarely active runway...a fuel truck at the Army Beech, but there is no indication of the airport on the sectional or Airport/Facility Directory...(Airnav.com).

Driving along the I-10 freeway sunday toward LA I saw around 4 or 5 aircraft sitting in a remote sandy area just passed exit 17 for Quartzite. One of these was a Learjet and a US Army Beech (Travel Air)....has anbody out got any I/D's for all these aircraft and the US Army UH-1 on the Phoenix bound side of the I-10 which sits on top of an old truck!
Any help would be great!!
Cheers,
Barry
