Emergency Communication / Public Service request

We have had a group contact us, asking if we would be willing to assist them with their communications setup.

This event would be some hiking, not far.  This would be located near Oak Flat's campground.

I am doing a preliminary assessment to see if the club has members that are interested.

I would like to hear back as to how many would be willing to help out.  If we don't have enough members, then I might turn this over to another group.

Again, nothing has been written in stone.  I am just asking how many people would be willing to help out so I can judge whether or not what this group is looking for is feasible.
