Hi Paul, you are right it could have come on from nearby Mojave, though there it were also mainly Gulf 2 & 3 dismantled and i haven't seen any news about movements or sightings of Gulfstream there either. Maybe even from El Mirage Aviation warehouse.
Even only very few of Gulf 4 are reported broken up or WFU it will be hard to ascertain as movements are simply too many and -even in Internet age- not all regs even come up with a photo.

So it arrived sometime in the last month in that case, unless anyone else visited after 17 November.
I assume it was either dismantled very fast or arrived by truck in this state.
