Fwd: ARRL Legislative Action Newsletter - April 2012

Important info to pass along.  This is why membership in the ARRL is important.  This might change HOA rules that state you can't have antennas.  I haven't read this, but I will when I get a chance.  Pass this along to anyone you know that is a Ham, going to be a Ham, or anyone interested in helping keep Ham the way it is.

Thanks for subscribing to the ARRL Legislative Action Newsletter.
Please find attached a PDF of the first issue for 2012.  Page 1
highlights the successful passage of the ARRL-proposed study on the
impact of CC&Rs on Amateur Radio emergency communications.  On Pages 2 &
3 you will find information on an important immediate request for action
in support of that study.

Thanks to you we have been able to get this far in our quest to assist
Amateurs negatively impacted by CC&Rs.  We need your continued
assistance to keep this on track!
