For MZJ we used Double Eagle Aviation in March 2020,located at Tucson Airport opposite side of the airfield to the Terminal.  Their office was "behind" what used to be "Hamiltons" aircraft storage (not sure what it's called now!).  Emailed them, told them what we were after then received an email back after they advised of the cost.  We were quoted $275 (I think that was for an hour but memory fades!), I forget now what we actually paid, but very good.  Told us they could do as many circuits as we wanted but couldn't land and taxi (something I had done before).  With 2 of us sharing, I didn't think that was too bad!

Never flown over GYR so cannot help with that.
