It would essentially be a hi-jacking/act of air piracy if so-called private "armed security" surrounded and approached the aircraft with the demand to take your camera and delete photos. Security can claim all they want it is a "Private" airport, however if the airport receives federal funds and/or it is not noted as "Pvt" on a sectional chart and similarly noted in the Airport/Facility Directory, they are in violation of the law. Also, the town does not own the airspace above the airport, so as far as the Federal Aviation Regulations are concerned (considering minimum altitudes required by FAR 91.119), a pilot can orbit over MZJ all they want.
Also, the requirement of a full-stop landing is not noted in the Airport/Facility Directory.

It was my first go at aerial photography and did not too bad but, disappointingly the photos of the aircraft on the far side didn't come out as expected. I guess this was due to the sun!
We just did orbits around the field as our pilot said that there was possibility they would ask us to did a full stop and this would mean not only your photos taken but, your camera as well!!
