I believe that was my image from Ascent . I understood this aircraft to be the ex Cleveland Cavaliers 737 , if that helps you out , but it does look like an El Al paint scheme.

Looking at some photos of Tucson taken in June this year, I noticed one of, what looks like an ex EL AL machine, marked as N538CC.

The photograph clearly shows the model as a series 700, but the FAA give it as a srs 400 c/n 25772.

The only two EL AL machines to be stored at Tucson are N259CS ex 4X-EKD c/n 29960 and N610CS ex 4X-EKE c/n 29961. 

Any help would be of great help.
