Storage parking...and they do their own maintenance.
They're parking 600 aircraft and are looking for space anywhere they can find it. They've pretty much filled-up ATL, BHM, BYH, MZJ, and MHW over the past week...and between Delta and Southwest, VCV will be buried in aircraft by the end of this week.
