Hi Everyone,

Over the past few months we have had some issues with groups not putting
the rooms back in order and leaving trash and other items behind. This
is just to remind everyone that it is your responsibility to make the
room presentable for the next group. I have attached a PDF document with
the layout of each room (NE, NW, SE/SW) and specific directions. These
are also posted in the rooms. Please note that the layouts may have been
altered recently to make it easier to use.

A few key points:

The chairs/tables should stay within the patterned areas of the carpet.
This is to accommodate the moving of the walls.

Please remember to take all personal and business items with you when
you leave.

Please make sure to empty the garbage cans, especially if food is thrown
away.

Please do not prop the doors open, this causes an alarm to sound in our
security office.

Please remember to notify myself or Mollie, if you need to cancel your
reservation. A 24 hour notice is preferred.

Please remember that all meetings held in the Community Room are open to
the public.
