Skywarn class setup

Ok Vinnie has to study the night we are doing the Skywarn class.  So I will need help setting up.  I know I have two volunteers already and I think there are a few of you planning to being there so that will help.  This is a potential club membership drive because we are in front of a bunch of people who want to help out and some might be hams or potential hams.
