1 type that has not been mentioned yet is the l1011.

Iirc, the l1011-500 had the rb211-524. Also some earlier l1011 were converted to this varient. If so, the the dl fleet at marana, and the ex sv fleet may be of interest.

There are very few RR powered 767-300ER's, just about all of them were ordered by British Airways (however I believe two other carriers actually ordered small numbers of RR powered 767-300ER's)
A unit of China Eastern Airlines is one of the two. I am not sure who the other one is. QANTAS has leased some 767-300ER from BA in the past.

I doubt any are stored in the USA, it is a relative rare configuration. My recollection is there are only ~30 of them ever built. When they are retired they are likely to be scrapped rather than
stored because they are 'white elephants'.
