BRUINS (1-3-0) at COYOTES (3-1-0)

TV: NESN, FS-A

Season series: The Boston Bruins defeated the Arizona Coyotes twice last season and have won six in a row against them. Bruins forward Brad Marchand scored three goals and goalie Tuukka Rask made 55 saves on 58 shots in the two games last season. The Coyotes last beat the Bruins on Oct. 9, 2010, a 5-2 win in Prague, Czech Republic, in a season-opening two-game set during the Compuware NHL Premiere.

Bruins team scope: Marchand, who has missed the past two games with a concussion, shed his green no-contract jersey for practice Friday and was wearing gold along with the line of Patrice Bergeron, Loui Eriksson and Brett Connolly. Boston is looking to build off a 6-2 win at the Colorado Avalanche on Wednesday. Coach Claude Julien moved Chris Kelly to a line with Ryan Spooner and Jimmy Hayes, and each player scored a goal. They combined for seven points, four from Hayes. "It was big," Spooner told the Boston Globe. "I mean, the first three games didn't really go as we planned. I was minus-4 and Hayes was at minus-5. It wasn't good, so it was good to get back at it." Rask is expected to have a chance for his first win after backup Jonas Gustavsson started and made 20 saves in Colorado.

Coyotes team scope: Forwards Anthony Duclair and Max Domi were the co-leaders in rookie scoring entering games Friday with six points each. "Things are rolling and we've got to keep things going," Duclair told the Coyotes website. Duclair scored his fourth goal of the season and Domi his third in Arizona's 4-3 loss to the Minnesota Wild on Thursday. The Coyotes fought back from 3-0 and 4-1 deficits. Domi, the 12th pick in the 2013 NHL Draft, already has drawn praise this season from the League's active leading scorer, Jaromir Jagr of the Florida Panthers. Jagr called Domi "unbelievable" in a story on TSN. "Yeah, I saw it," Domi told the Arizona Republic. "It was pretty cool. It was definitely pretty humbling to see a guy I grew up watching and idolizing say something like that. … I look forward to the day I hopefully get to play against him and definitely something I'll always remember."
